Description

OTVP series

Oil treatment and vacuum purification plants are engineered for comprehensive transformer servicing, combining both efficient oil purification and robust vacuum capabilities in a single compact unit

With a variable flow speed ranging from 2,000 to 12,000 liters per hour, these units are designed to remove water content and gases from transformer oil, using a heavy-duty vacuum pump, reaching vacuum levels below 0.01 mbar in the degassing chamber. The precise heating exchanger provides optimal heat distribution up to 2.2 W/cm², ensuring safe and efficient processing.

The system features two filtration stages based on advanced technology, achieving a retention rating of 1 micron at 99.98% efficiency. Additionally, a separate high-performance vacuum system, with a total pumping capacity ranging from 100 to 2,500 m³/h, ensures thorough degassing and purification. Designed for easy mobilization, the OTVP series offers a complete solution for on-site transformer oil purification and maintenance, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and long-term operational success.
