The OTP series mobile transformer oil treatment and purification plants are designed for efficient and reliable transformer oil purification, with a flow capacity ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 liters per hour. These units effectively remove water, gases, and particulate matter to improve the oil’s dielectric strength and extend transformer life
The plants feature a powerful vacuum system reaching up to -0.5 mbar for thorough degassing, combined with precise heating control up to 2.2 W/cm²², enhancing the purification process without the risk of oil burning . In addition, a dual-stage filtration system ensures 99.98% efficiency in removing contaminants down to 1 micron.
